NCERCC will produce evidence and experience informed practice guidance. We have completed Regulation 45 and are now working on Responsible Individual formats and then will revisit Regulations 44. The medium term aim is for a suite of formats that will inform each other.
As result of our Regulation 45 work we have identified the need for two new practice guides: Reflective Practice for Residential Child Care, and Action Research for Residential Child Care. Both are being designed to be for practical use by Registered Managers
