New Years Honours need a united response from social care
The New Years Honours list (CBE Isabelle Trowler, OBE Josh MacAllister) shoud set all involved in social care thinking, and linking, regarding the continuity and scale of government’s ambition.
Another children’s services is possible, it has not been articulated in a united way, from and by an alternative policy and practice platform.
The honours reveal the necessity of a greater organised challenge becoming an active alternative, and opposition.
