What if there are 2 Residential Child Care in England in 2025?
One we have lived through and its existence is now precarious as it tries to find a way to live alongside the one that is now evolving, and in the conditions that have evolved? It evolved for continuity and stability. It was a product of place.
The new one is born into this present new super-heated environment, and its existence is contingent, expedient, temporary, with no connection or recollection to any history. It is a product of boundaryless space.
If it is wanted for the former to survive the conditions must be created.
If the conditions are not created it cannot exist. The more it adapts and changes the less it is what it was. There is a limit to this change and each adaption uses more energy of its functioning ill-designed for the need to be agile.
The new one could be a clone, or a replica, facsimile, a chimera (a thing hoped for but illusory or impossible to achieve, or an

In the times we find ourselves we need this sort of discussion before we make any decisions about the future.
