The review team write
The Department for Education has commissioned an expert-led review of professional development for the children’s homes workforce. As part of this, the review team are seeking views on professional development from people working across the children’s residential care sector.
Your feedback will help us understand what is working well, where there are challenges, and what changes could better support the workforce. Insights gathered through this survey will be used alongside other sector engagement activities to inform the Children’s Homes Workforce Review and its recommendations. The team are really grateful for your feedback.
